Lead well without losing yourself.

Influence isn't built on authority.

I'm Dr. Jacqueline Ashley

You’re leading in high-pressure systems that ask a lot of you. My coaching helps leaders and aspiring leaders build influence, navigate hard conversations, stay grounded under pressure, and strengthen the self-awareness and self-management that effective leadership requires.

Two Ways to Work With Me

Individual Professional Development

You're a leader or aspiring leader who knows the title isn't enough. You want stronger influence and steadier conversations, along with a way of leading that feels true to who you are. This program gives you focused support and an honest partnership so you can move forward with clarity.

90-Minute Leadership Intensives

You don't need a six-month engagement. You need clarity on a specific challenge right now. One focused session. One decision, conversation, or leadership moment you need to get right. Walk in stuck. Walk out with a plan.

"I went from crippling imposter syndrome to genuine confidence as a leader. I learned that self-compassion isn't weakness. It's a leadership skill, especially when navigating spaces where I'm often the youngest or only person who looks like me in the room. Self-doubt still shows up sometimes, but I no longer question whether I deserve my success. I've earned my place, and I finally believe it."

Who This Work Is For

• Leaders and aspiring leaders from the global majority, along with allies committed to inclusive leadership.

• People navigating high-pressure roles in corporate, healthcare, entertainment, nonprofit, education, or community spaces.

• People who want to build influence without disconnecting from who they are.

• Leaders carrying a lot, often with little room to be fully human at work.

A Note on Language

Language matters in this work. I generally avoid broad umbrella terms, though I may occasionally use them when they are more widely understood. When I’m speaking about race and ethnicity, I often use "global majority" because it reflects that many communities marginalized in Western contexts make up most of the world’s population, rather than being minorities or "underrepresented."

In many workplaces and coaching spaces, people commonly use phrases like "blind spots." I choose not to use that wording because it treats blindness and vision impairments as metaphors for ignorance or deficiency. I use "unseen gaps" instead. You’ll see that phrasing reflected across my work.

"I was succeeding on paper but struggling as a leader. I could manage tasks, but I wasn't truly connecting with my team, partly because I was so focused on proving myself in an environment where I often felt like an outsider. Dr. Ashley didn't just refine my leadership tactics. She took time to understand who I am holistically: my values, strengths, and the experiences that shaped how I show up. I now lead with more intention and authenticity, and I have a clearer sense of my leadership identity."
