Individual Coaching

The skills that got you here won't carry you forward.

You're a senior leader who's been told you need to work on your leadership, or you already know it. You avoid the hard conversations, you can't seem to build the influence you need, and there's a gap between how you see yourself and how others experience you. You've tried to figure it out on your own, and it's not working.

What this program actually does:

This is a 12-month executive coaching engagement built around one question: What's getting in the way of you leading the way you want to?

I don't start with frameworks. I start with you. Your patterns, your reactions, the stories you've internalized about what leadership is supposed to look like. Then we rebuild from there using emotional intelligence, adversarial thinking, and strengths-based development. Not as separate tools. As one integrated system.

You'll develop the self-awareness to understand what's driving your leadership patterns. The emotional intelligence to navigate conflict, politics, and high-stakes relationships without spiraling. And the strategic rigor to stress-test your own thinking before someone else does.

How it works:

24 bi-weekly coaching sessions (60 minutes each). Quarterly Red Team strategy sessions on your real challenges. CliftonStrengths assessment and debrief. Emotional intelligence development across all 12 competencies. Email and text support between sessions. Quarterly deliverables: leadership development plans, influence strategies, transformation roadmaps.

You commit three months at a time. Most clients complete the full 12 months once they see what shifts.

"I was giving everything to work and showing up depleted everywhere else. My team got the best of me while my family and health got the leftovers. As someone who felt constant pressure to prove myself in spaces where I was often the only one who looked like me, I thought working harder was the only way to maintain credibility.

The shift came when I realized I didn't need to do more, but that I needed to lead differently. I learned to set clearer expectations upfront, delegate with confidence, and actually coach my team instead of doing their work for them. Most critically, I gave myself permission to set boundaries and create a true end to my workday without it reflecting on my commitment.

Now I lead from a place of sustainability, not depletion. I'm more effective at work because I'm no longer running on empty. And I finally have energy left for what matters most outside of work."
